We organise personal inspection trips that offer you a full viewing schedule. These normally take around 3-4 days. During that time we will have been able to show you around the area, allow you to relax and also show you some properties which we feel that match your search criteria. Our inspection trips are tailor-made for you and are only conducted on a personal one to one basis. You will not be taken to see properties with other clients.
We are very happy to arrange to show you any of the properties from our portfolio.
If you wish we can find for you the cheapest flights for the dates you wish to travel and can also arrange accommodation in a villa, hotel or apartment, to suit you. We are completely flexible with dates and times and if you decide to purchase from us we will refund to you the cost of your accommodation.
EasyJet, Ryanair, MyTraveLite, Monarch, Norwegian, British Airways, Iberia etc, all have regular flights to Alicante or Murcia-San Javier airports from important European International Airports.
When you arrive in Spain you will be met at the airport by one of our representatives who will take you to your accommodation and allow you to settle in. Later that day or the following day we invite you to come with us to look at the local areas so that you can get a feel of where you wish to live, the amenities and services available etc.
On the second or third day we will take you back to your chosen area to view some suitable property and give you the opportunity to take pictures. We can always arrange for you to revisit a property if you wish to take another look.
And we dont press you for make a decission. May be you have already chosen but you may find it better to return home to review the properties you have seen and then make a commitment to your home in Spain.
